When group trips include visits to museums or monuments catalogued according to the "Catálogo General del Patrimonio Histórico Andaluz" travel agencies should bear in mind that the information service regarding cultural, artistic, historic, natural and geographical material is reserved for official tourist guides of Andalusia, in accordance with the geographical limits of their authorisation, as set out in Government Amendment 214/2002 of 30 July 2002, dealing with regulations concerning tourist guides in Andalusia.

The regulation also states that guides should not work with groups of more than 30 people or use more than two languages per group.
